Message from the Admissions Director

Dear Prospective Students and Families,                                                  

Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of the Cristo Rey Baton Rouge Franciscan High School community! We are pleased that you are considering applying to Cristo Rey Baton Rouge.

The application process started on November 1, 2018 for the 2019-20 academic year. We are accepting applications for students entering the 9th grade. A limited number of transfer spots will also be available for students entering the 10th and 11th grade.

Cristo Rey is an affordable, college preparatory, Catholic high school committed to academic excellence for students of all faiths and backgrounds. We are apart of a strong network of Cristo Rey nationwide.

As part of our Corporate Work Study Program, our students work five full days per month, in a professional setting. Through a rigorous college preparatory curriculum, integrated with a relevant work-study experience, students graduate ready to succeed in college and in life. This innovative program provides valuable work experience as well as fund part of their tuition. Every activity at Cristo Rey is done with the intention of shaping our students into “men and women of faith, purpose, and service.”

Cristo Rey also offers financial aid to qualifying students and their families.
